Open School
The NIOS is known as well National Institute of Open School which is established in November 1989. NIOS is an autonomous organisation in pursuance of national policy on education 1986 by the ministry of human resource development, government of India. Most people know this by the name of Open School . It provides the academic courses at secondary and senior secondary level. Open school provides a number of courses which is related to the vocational, life enrichment and community-oriented courses. NationalInstitute of Open Schooling offers basic education programs to the candidates. Minimum 14 th years of age is required in secondary examination and 15 th age for senior secondary examination. If any candidate interested in taking NIOS Admission in only senior secondary examination then it would be compulsory to pass secondary examination from any recognised board.
